Each corporate member has signed a non-disclosure agreement that prohibits the transfer of any student or alumni information to any third party. Corporate members also agree to use any student/alumni data only for the purpose of recruitment for employment. However, employers and their designated recruiters who have access to the Grads2Biz database may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes or other personal information of Users by any of such parties while said information is on the Grads2Biz website or at any time in the future.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and processing credit card payments. These other companies may have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to Grads2Biz.

We will send you email notifications when employers view your profile. This feature may not be disabled for the duration of your membership.

Credit card information submitted by you to us when you register on our site is transmitted through encrypted systems. Your credit card information will not be retained by us for any future transactions.
