Welcome to Grads2Biz and our online network that creates a seamless link for member Employers to top student talent either currently enrolled or recently graduated from our featured universities. Our ongoing services and subscriptions of member employers of Grads2Biz are dependent on the accuracy of the profiles displayed on our site.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use by any Student registered on the Grads2Biz web site (Database) provided by Grads2Biz LLC.
Content on Student Profiles
Students registering on our site are prohibited to falsify or misrepresent their credentials on the Grads2Biz web site. This applies to representations of course of study, GPA (both overall and in their major), listed memberships and organizational affiliations, listed internships and any other data that might influence one of our member employers to recruit said candidate for employment or internship.
Students shall receive an email from us following the end of each school semester requesting that they update their profile to reflect their most current academic standing. If a student fails to update their profile to reflect their current academic standings, Grads2Biz reserves the right to terminate a student's membership without reimbursement of any balance of the membership fee.
Grads2Biz may delete any content that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Grads2biz assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Database for inappropriate content or conduct. You are solely responsible for the content that you post in the Database.
Other actions that may cause us to cancel a student membership:
1. We receive notification of a suspected misrepresentation of a student's profile and we cannot verify the accuracy of the profile in accordance with the following procedures.
a. We request that the student provide a copy of their college transcript to us via email. The transcript copy shall be provided to us via email within 30 days of said request. The transcript shall be consistent with the data entered on the student's profile in all respects. If the student's profile is not substantially consistent with the student’s transcript we shall remove their profile from the database
. b. If a student represents that he or she is a member of an academic or professional society and we are unable verify such membership or affiliation in writing, the student's membership will be terminated.
2. If a student uploads a photo to his or her personal profile that contains pornographic content, said membership shall be terminated.
Students shall receive via email, a membership termination notice with specified cause(s) advising them of said termination.
Employers
These Terms and Conditions govern the use by any member Company (“Client”) and each of its employees, agents, affiliates and representatives of the Grads2Biz web site (Database) provided by Grads2Biz LLC.
- Account Membership and Security
Client will receive a password and account designation upon purchase of access to the Database. Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under its password or account. Client agrees to immediately notify Grads2Biz of any unauthorized use of its account or any other breach of security. Client agrees to exit (log out) from its account at the end of each session. Grads2Biz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Client’s failure to comply with this provision.
2. Confidentiality
Client may not resell, redistribute or repost, any student data from the Database to any third party for recruitment purposes, nor shall client provide access to or charge any third party for access to the Database.
3. Lawful Use of Database
The Database may be used solely for lawful purposes, and may not be used in such a manner as to violate any applicable law. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized distribution or use of the student data posted on the Database.
4. Accuracy of Student Data
Grads2Biz cannot confirm or guarantee the accuracy of information posted by candidates. We make every effort to caution student members to enter accurate information and provide guidelines to facilitate the termination of a student membership in the event that a misrepresentation of information is made. We will not be held responsible for any damages claimed by a Client resulting from false or inaccurate data posted on any student profile within the database.
Limitation on Liability In no event shall Grads2BizLLC be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages including lost profit or damages incurred from use of data collected from the Database. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you (Client) for use of our services during the current term of membership
Modification to Agreement
Grads2Biz LLC may modify this Agreement at any time and such modification shall be effective upon the uploading of the Agreement to the Grads2Biz web site (Database). You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Database after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
